"We had an AMAZING experience here! We decided to try this place out and switch it up from our normal Mexican restaurant up the street. The food is so great, especially the table side guacamole. But what made this our new go to Mexican restaurant is the outstanding customer service. Every single person we passed greeted us coming in and thanked us as we left. Our server was attentive, accommodating and went the extra mile. I highly recommend this place. We cannot wait to come back!"

"Let me clear up ALL the horrible reviews here. I've had this place four times now and I've NEVER been disappointed once! Just had take-out a couple of minutes ago today, maybe an hour ago around 8:30pm for online pickup. The service is good and the food is some of the best Mexican! It's not easy to make creamy beans and this place had nailed it right out of the ballpark! Plus, the El Poblano was delicious! I can see why the servers love that dish. I've tasted the other dishes that they have and all of them were wonderful! I run a restaurant business myself and always respect those, like Don Julio, who take care into their food. I'll definitely be coming back for years to come. Although we're not perfect and we can't always impress everyone, I can tell the hard work being put. Keep it up Don Julio!"

"So hostess was uninterested and just went through the motions. The server was fine but seemed a bit scattered. We had 4 adult entree's and my cheese enchiladas were not warm, the cheese inside not melted.The rice and beans were marginally warm. Soft beef taco was extra watery/ oily .Food taste was bland and room temp. My wife who had a similar entree had the same complaint.Chips while plentiful seemed store bought not fresh made. The waiter did not deliver the food but had a runner bring it. He did not check back for several minutes so we didn't send it back. Based on some reviews I was looking forward to it but most likely will go elsewhere when wanting Mexican food in WF in the future."

"Good food; Bad Customer Service: I have patronized this restaurant for years, since 2016. Whenever we place a to-go order, we have been told that we would have to pay for extra chips. Today my co-workers and I ordered food, see the receipt below. We were expecting an extra bag of chips because we ordered cheese dip. However, my co-worker who picked up the order was told that an extra bag cost $4.19. She stated that the extra cost did not seem right because we ordered an item (cheese dip) that included the additional chips. I called the restaurant once the food arrived and discovered that there was no additional chips for my cheese dip. I called and asked does cheese dip come with chips. The answer was yes. I asked to speak to a manager and was finally transferred to a person named Danny, Bar Manager and Shareholder who had been working there for 4 years. I explained to Danny the situation and he said that I should have asked for the chips. I said that they were asked for during this visit and previous visits. As I was explaining this to him he interrupted me several times, asking if I was the one who picked up the order. Unaware that he was on speaker phone my coworker who picked up the order interjected because a simple situation, requiring clarity about a bag of chips was becoming a heated conversation for no reason. Danny was informed that we would be sure to leave a review about this experience and we would make sure that all of our coworkers were aware of the situation. He did not seem concerned about the review or the potential loss of customers. He stated that he would talk to the workers about the chip policy. We requested the owner's name and he gave it to us, informing us that he would be out of the country for the next month. He said that he would give us chips and cheese on our next visit."
