"I give them two stars because the item worked and delivery & pickup was good…however, communications were misleading in that I was led to believe that I would be reimbursed, because they rent by the week, that I could rent an item by the week. I only needed it for a few days, one week tops. I was told I’d need to pay one month up front which I did. I kept the freezer chest 3 days then returned it. No reimbursement was issued after three weeks and I then received a text message from RAC telling me how to make my NEXT payment for rental! Of course I went to RAC to find out what was going on. I told them (3 personnel) how I had not received my reimbursement to which they responded that there are no reimbursements! They proceeded to ask me who told me that there was I showed them my contract and I said whoever signatures on the contract other than mines is the person that rented me the chest. Long story shorter, they did not want to give me three weeks of rental back. I could only get them to reimburse me for two weeks (begrudgingly). Which means, I rented a small chest for three days and had to pay for two weeks. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"It was one of the worst. I requested to speak to the manager on several occasions and still have yet (a month later) have spoken to him. This makes me want to just return all my items and never rent from this or any rent to own establishment ever again."

"Not sure why I was told I’m approved. Buy my stuff now it has to be reviewed. Don’t tell people they are approved if they have to get a second over view. Told to call the store I did and didn’t get my call back like I was told I will"

"They harass you and call not even a hour after the payment fails, they then come to your house 9 days later asking for payment. I’ve rented from RAC before but I never went through this with them after I pay this off I will never go back to them again."

"I bought out my washer and dryer in August get a court summons in September saying I have their items and not paid for it! I call the store and they said they did not know how do you not know someone bought items out isn’t that your whole job! Asked for their GM number and was not given it. If anyone ever thinks of using a RAC run as fast as you can the other direction!"
