"I made a significant purchase that included a propane griddle. They knew I didn’t have a lot of experience with buying equipment and sold me a non thermostatic griddle for my diner. It has nearly ruined my business. I would have paid the extra for one that was thermostatic but they said I used it and they wouldn’t take it back. There wasn’t a sign that said this nor did the sales person advise me of this. I’m a small business struggling in a small town and they had no problem with doing this to me. It’s either on fire or stone cold. I don’t recommend them because they stuck me with a product they couldn’t sell."
