"I was just there at 1pm today, 12/24/23 and I want to tell thank you and bless you to the sweetest person! I had my card to pay for a beverage and she said, That's all ? "Yes" I replied. Her smile meant so much. Needless to say, I do not look homeless, but I am. Blindsided by family who took all my money. So please pass this on to the TOP OWNERS OF TACO BELL, you have an angel behind that counter and her smile made my eyes tear up. I needed that smile. I said, "Thank you, that's the only Christmas present I will get this year." I still l see her smile and kindness she gave in that moment, because I'm alone.,and kindness means everything to me. Thank you dear, so much."

"Everything was good, but on one note, the customer service was lacking. It seemed like they had no one person for the cashier, everyone was making food. The wait time was a bit longer than usual due to not having a cashier at payment time. Lastly, they claimed there was no Baha Blast, but they were giving those orders out to the drive-thru though."

"It's Taco Bell, not a nice steakhouse. Food was what I expected, but the ridiculousness of using a kiosk is what dropped the service rating. I don't mind kiosks if I'm in a hurry, but for the most part, do not use them because I don't work for the company. What's next? Instructions on how to prepare and pack my own food? Do away with the stupid kiosk taco bell."

"Went at 12:44 a.m. Never going to rhis Taco Bell afain. Ordered the box of soft tacos. They were thrown in on top of chakuoas, no box and half wraooed, kettuce hanfung out and sitting on top of the osper. Bag was soggy and ripped at the bottom from the weight. A box woukd have fixed that. We irdered 4 Chakupas and got onky 2. We ordered 2 starys, 1 tea. We got 2 teas, 1 starry. The employee at the drive through was so angry acting toward us. She was gatefuk over the speaker and at the window. We tried to be upbeat and thanked her, she was rude and then ignored us. We drove around & waited. There were 5 employees there. We waited 10 minutes. The lady that delivered tge food was in a hurry, but was nicer than anyone else. Never going here again."
