"Went through drive through tonight . Expetional service, food, and time of getting my food. Whoever was making the crazy bread did an amazing job. Pizza was made perfect too!!"

"Ordered regular breadsticks with my pizza order apparently received cheese sticks. These were large cheese sticks that weren’t completely cooked and raw in the middle. I called back to let them know about the mixup and the young male manager kept repeating himself that if I didn’t have 80% of the food they wouldn’t return it. I explained to him that it’s not what I purchased and no one ate anything and that they’re raw and I’d be bringing them back. I took them back up to the store and the boy looks at them repeatedly I’m like they’re raw. He finally exchanges them for the correct item. I get home the pizza I ordered is now cold after this 30 minute plus ordeal Franchisee of this location is no help. We usually purchase a few times or at least once a week but we won’t be back. Staff needs training and supervision especially when I Initially was picking up my pizza he was out front with customers present sending home or letting go a crew member."

"Food Decent, Service they need more employees are sincere. Atomosphere without the Halloween Devil decorations. They didnt NEED IT and Its Offensive. Employees! needs to WASH their hands and dry them even after touching the registers and before preparing the FOOD. They will give an account to GOD one day for that.."

"Came here from placing an order online. Got the confirmation number, got my email stating that it was ready. Drive up there and they told me that my pizza wasn't ready I had to get the one that was in the warmer.. I also ordered in store for cheese bread got home my husband was disappointed because it was uncooked. It was still doughy inside."
