The only issue I had was after my tire had been fixed I had to go fill up my tire to the same level as my other tires which was still showing that it was low but all in all service is good and points were made on the issue and how it will be corrected and communication was received well in person and from my phone"

"Nov 2023 - Took our Nissan in for four new tires and an oil change. Once again, all of the staff were friendly and called to update me when necessary. I booked an appointment online, but called later that day to confirm they would have the tires I wanted on the day of appointment. We were expecting them to try to get us to pay for an alignment, as some shops will do, and were pleased to find that they are honest and said it was perfect and not necessary. We have had zero issues at this location. June 2023 - All of the staff members I spoke with were friendly and helpful. They were able to find the tires needed to fix our Infiniti car and promptly called me with updates and necessary information. We knew approximately how much it would cost before taking it in, my husband is a former mechanic, and they quoted almost to the dollar what we were expecting. Most people would assume they were shady for telling us that we needed four new tires when only one was flat, but due to the type of car, it can cause more significant and costly repairs if only one was replaced. My husband said that we'd probably need all four before we even called, so we were pleased to know they knew what they were doing. Overall, they provided friendly, prompt, and quality service."
