"We are repeat customers and recently needed a new washer and dryer due to our previous washer no longer working as many know all too well. I worked again with Max at the Garner Appliance Raleigh location to buy a new set. Max helped guide me to a set based on what he thought would be good based on what we previously had and wanting something that would last a long time. However, once the new set was delivered we were not happy with them doing e to lack of available functions/settings. Fast forward I reached out to Max (he was off that day) but the sales manager John from the Garner location called us back and assured me they would work with us to return the set and pick something else out that checked the boxes we were looking for. The Garner Appliance folks stepped up and made sure we were satisfied. We will certainly work with them again for any appliance needs that we have."
