"Shoutout to Store #8527! Ramana and Mariama keep the coffee station, bathroom, and overall store clean, stocked, & friendly! For these reasons, this is my go to spot. Thank y’all!"
"The young lady working the register about 12 noon yesterday should not be working in a public environment. Little to no coping skills and knowledge. She does have the rude part down to perfection though."
"I came here tonight at something to 12:15 A M and I got the upmost more disrespectful customer service I had ever got in my entire life. I am handicap and the worker worker that was working with O came up to me and did not give me good customer service I went to go get some coffee and I did not know how to read the coffee machine it kept saying iced coffee and I didn't know how to work the machine and the man was rude and saying that the coffee machine had directions on it and I need to read it I was so embarrassed so irate.. didn't know what to do I'm walking with my cane and he did not help me it was the very most disrespectful thing I've ever seen in my life this man walked away from me and left me to stand there to figure out how to work the coffee machine he should not be in that place of business. He try to say his name was O but the other guy said his name was O. I will be taking to management today. Rule customer service I will not accept after pay for things in the store. Period. I am somebody"
"Your customer service should include maintaining a pleasant environment and treating customers like they're your friends. A customer's time inside the store should be a positive experience such as one I can, almost not wait to return to. If an employee rushes me out the store, I feel treated rudely and not welcomed which makes for a negative experience. I was sadly disappointed by the way the worker who was on the clock there around 3:45 p.m. today treated me. The kind of attitude she had was in line with the fact that there were No napkins, No straws, NO COFFEE(!), no fountain Mountain Dew, and I was looking for a towel so I could clean the counter off before I made my soda. Not to mention that the floor was very dirty (at least she went and got the mop). There were also no spoons which I use for sliding ice cubes into my coffee tip cool it down. Altogether, it seems that this particular woman either can't figure out how to clean up and keep replenishing stock or she doesn't care like the rest of the team there cares about the customer's visit- is my presumption."
"It took around 10 minutes to pump 18 gallons. Avoid if you value your time. First off, my credit card wouldn't swipe (no problem on my side, it works everywhere else), so I had to go in to pre-pay. 10 minutes later, after beginning the pump, it finally finished dispensing 18 gallons. Pathetic. Avoid unless your time is worth less than $5/hr."
