Starbucks

"This location makes excellent and consistent drinks...when you can get them. I have waited over 45 minutes for a drink before and I'm not sure how long I would have waited total because I just had to abandon it and get to work. This has happened twice where I had to leave my drink after paying for it because I just could not wait any longer. Wait times exceeding 30 minutes are very common and it's not unusual to see a line of disgruntled customers at the door waiting on their drinks. Again, they make excellent drinks but wait time are unpredictable and sometimes absolutely ridiculous. This issue might be fixed with another location close by or, maybe, more staff but as of right now - proceed with caution."

"I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times and every single experience has been bad. If you place a mobile order, you’re going to be waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes. Most people have to go up and ask for their order to be made before it’s started on. I understand the app being updated has nothing to do with this Starbucks specifically, but it seems like they don’t actively check mobile orders regardless. The worst part is that the drinks are just not good. I’m sure being in a rush isn’t helpful at all but spending $6 on a burnt coffee also sucks. I’m definitely going to be avoiding this Starbucks from now on."

"I’ve been coming here every once in a while for about 2 months and have had great service every time, the employees are super nice and the drinks are always as I’ve ordered them. They have a great outdoor seating area as well. Today I jokingly mentioned having a rough day and the barista surprised me with a free drink, I could’ve cried cause they were so supportive and nice about it. Anyway, A+ humans and a great location. Give them your business :)"

"Order from here daily and everyday even though I order the same drink I get a different version. Today however I was simply disgusted as what I ordered wasn’t what I received! Why pay extra for anything when you won’t even receive it let alone be reimbursed or offered for another drink! Terrible location and the workers are chatting more than anything so every order is behind. The lead is great she is always hard at work. Overall terrible location."
