"In this store the employees need supervision, I have always ordered the Penut paradise but when I usually use this store my smoothie always has a different flavor, or the ingredients are still in big chunks that I can't even use my straw. What a shame for this store. I tried to leave my comment through the tropical smoothie app since I mostly order through the app but I never found the option for comments."

"It hurts me to leave a 2 star review but I was shocked that a store in such a nice area had a group of young adults working and using foul language. I've never seen a worker drinking a smoothie while taking an order. I couldn't understand what he was saying because he had a smoothie in his mouth. I asked for no sugar in my drink and I'm fairly certain it has sugar seeing that I order the same drink at other locations and know the taste. I love coming to tropical smoothies because of their great service, attention to detail on orders and quick turn around. This location was a disappointment as it seemed the young adults wanted to goof off and not take care of their customers. I'll drive the extra 5 miles to go to another location"
