"In fairness, chose median for atmosphere because we have our vehicle packed for the long ride back to FL and could not easily extricate ourselves from it to visualize the atmosphere. That said, the behind counter team spent all of their prep time complaining that our breakfast for 4 should have been done from inside. So sorry for the inconvenience we placed on your people, but we thought that drive through was for the convenience of ALL customers, not just the locals."
"Upon picking up my mobile order, the drive thru associate rudely mentioned that my order was ready and had been ready. In addition, she asked what took me so long to pick it up. When I got to the window, she didn’t greet me, she just passed me part of my order and said nothing. When I patiently waited for the reminder of my order, she stated, "you’re still here". I informed her, yes my order is not complete and I’m missing an item. While she went to retrieve the item, I heard her say, it took you forever to come get it. She passed me the remainder of my order and sarcastically stated to try to have a good remainder of my day!"
"If I could give one star for this location I would. Last week, you let me WALK through drive thru cause you needed a smoke and closed the dining room. This week, I get told to get the duck out because I took this picture. Lady, you need to be fired asap. And then get some customer service training before you get another customer service job. This location is not a good representation of Dunkin. I have been a valuable customer for years - check out my purchase history if you don't believe me, but sadly, you lost me!"
"Their doors are locked, you can't go in. So we ordered curbside from the DD App. Order placed, but no food, 10 minutes, 20 minutes. Finally someone comes out and gives food to someone else. I asked about our food and she said "We only have 2 people, so if you don't want to wait, cancel your order", then walked away. So we cancelled our order. No more DD for this family!"
"Whenever I come here they are either out of a bunch of stuff, they forget to give me something I ordered or it’s just bad quality. I will say the manager when he’s there, usually in the mornings during the week is pretty good about fixing the issues but it’s a little ridiculous. I just went there (sat. Afternoon) and had a mobile order, I asked for a drink tray and the girl at the window had an attitude. I then looked in my bag and they forgot a wrap so I tell her. A coworker walking behind her goes “we’re out of the chorizo wraps” and I’m like so you were just going to let me drive off without telling me you didn’t have an item I ordered and charge me for it. I asked if she could give me one of the chicken ones instead and she goes yea. When the other person brought it over she acted like I was inconveniencing her and I said thanks and her response was a mumbled mhm and an eye roll. Got home which is literally less than 10 minutes and the frozen drink I ordered was not frozen and the iced coffee was extremely watered down and more cream than coffee on top of that. The hash browns tasted like chemicals and were barely edible. The wrap was mostly that. Just the wrap. See the picture. This place needs to get their act together. I’m sorry but no one is forcing you to work. If you don’t want to be there then quit but don’t give a paying customer attitude when they tell you an item they ordered is missing. I literally paid for it and she was just going to let me drive off without mentioning it. I gave this place 2 stars only because of the manager during the week and there’s one girl with glasses and braids who’s somewhat tall who is very nice and helpful as well. I usually see Both during the week in the morning. Other than that, this place needs more training for the employees and cleaning of the equipment. There should be no reason my food tastes like chemicals"
