"I visit this Hardee’s almost daily because it’s right next to where I live and on my way into work. They get my order wrong from time to time, and I get its fast food so normally I just let it slide whatever. Today almost my entire order was wrong. I knew my kids wouldn’t eat what they put in there so I run inside and gently let them know…. There’s a language barrier. Except the guy at the window (guy with black nails for identification purposes) who speaks English but very very quietly. I confirmed my order at the window. He asked “cinnamon and raisin?” I said “no, cinnamon rolls”. But of course I still got cinnamon and raisin biscuits. Got an omelette biscuit instead of a biscuit and gravy combo. This guy at the window starts yelling at me in the store saying I’m wrong. I’ve never in my life been so disrespected. I was honestly taken aback by how I was treated by the new employee. The manager was trying to calm him down saying don’t treat the customer that way but he kept rattling off. I was kind, respectful, and gentle. This guy seems COMPLETELY UNHINGED and I am shocked they allow him to work there. I’ll never be back to the location. Ever."

"My first time back at Hardee’s in a couple years. I was disappointed with their budget burgers compared to other fast food restaurants. The basic hamburger is around $2.49 and comes with two slices of pickle and ketchup. Frisco burger is good. But $6. Different style bun. Chewy bacon. Yummy cheese. Good size and freshness for the tomatoes. Chicken tenders were the size of a tic tac container and more than $1 each."

"Hot, fresh, delicious! Drove to the Durham store via the drive through for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, a pork chop biscuit and an order of biscuits and gravy. Apparently we like their biscuits. The guy at the window was quick, friendly, and the order was accurate. The food was still hot by the time I got home! They even give you a receipt; unlike the Wendy’s in Carrboro. Plan on doing the survey for a great experience."
