"I ordered online for pickup at around 1:20 and was given a pickup time of 1:45. I received an email with a confirmation number and the money was taken from my card. I arrived at the store for my order at 1:50 to find all the lights off and a closed sign on the door. I was charged for food I never received and there was no option in my confirmation email or the company website to request a refund or file a complaint so I came to Google. If you’re not going to be open please make that explicit and turn off online ordering so you don’t steal peoples money. This is the second time this has happened and after the first time you said it was an error with the system but I know now that you just don’t commit to your posted hours. This is really disappointing because the food tastes great and now that i’m living in the area again I would have loved to become a regular. Please reach out to me so that I can get my money back. "Wonderful food to break away from more typical burger shops around Franklin. Maharaja chicken sandwich and fries were phenomenal as well as the coffee. Owner is extremely prompt with service and very friendly! Prices are good for franklin street dining as well!."

"It's a nice cozy environment in chapel Hill with outdoor seating as well. We visited during the holiday break so probably not a lot of people/students around. It was empty when we visited there only one person managing the store. We ordered 3 sandwiches with fries. Food was good but the service was very slow. It took almost 25mins to get the food. Want to give another try when they have more staff."

"This place felt like a hidden gem! The food was AMAZING and the atmosphere was lovely. The service wasn’t the best but it seemed like only one person was handle the shop which made the service very understandable. Out food came out quickly and hot. I left with left overs and a good time. will definitely go again to study or just eat."

"Excellent dining experience featuring crispy, flavorful fries with a savory homemade seasoning; a delicious pesto chicken panini; grilled chicken salad bowl with two types of tasty homemade "gourmaise" on the side; and a chocolate frappe for dessert. The owner was also our cook and server, and he was delightful to chat with during our meal. This is also a good place off Franklin St to stop and work or enjoy a meal with a friend or partner. It's a hole in the wall location but with great lasting potential. I want to spread the word about Saturni to more people to ensure the business gets the attention and customer traffic it deserves!"
