"Tonight, my family and I attended the wine dinner at Carrabba's, and we were pleasantly surprised that it was such a delight. Normally, you think wine dinners are something you attend at the Umstead, not Carrabba's. However, I wanted to try something different, and we were not disappointed! The staff was very attentive and professional throughout the whole dinner. Whoever picked out the wine was brilliant because each selection was perfectly paired to complement the tastes of the course we were eating. The wines not only complimented the food but also highlighted the flavors. No portion was too big or small but just enough to get your money's worth and keep you satisfied. The flavors were perfect, not too salty or saucy. They ended with night a quick drawing, which was fun. They really did such a great job! A Umstead experience with a price that was affordable. Great job and kudos to all the staff at this location! Thank you for a great experience."

"It was the day of my birthday we chose to eat at Carrabas. Upon entering Ashlin greeted us with a smile and so much warmth and friendliness. She assisted in helping my party of 3 make good food choices as well as wished me a happy birthday and bring me a cake. She was on point with drinks and our food was brought out promptly. The food hit the spot! We ordered the lunch trios. The meatballs was amazing and the salad with the house parmesan dressing was so good! Every thing was really good. "The waitress asked the Chef if they made manicotti for me. The Chef personally came over and offered alternatives because they used to, but don't anymore. The waitress was great. The food was amazing. Will def. Come back for another dinner date."

"We opted to go here instead of the Chop house. Our meals were absolutely delicious! Spicy Italian butter on the 16oz ribeye was a perfect addition. We always enjoy eating here, the appetizers were scrumptious as well, great service awesome atmosphere. A wonderful end to my wife's birthday weekend celebration! My Queen was happy!"
