"I can't stand visiting this Panera. Inevitably, something is always wrong with an order. From missing/incorrect items to once waiting in the 'rapid pick-up' parking spot for 10 minutes just to go inside to get my order, something always is wrong. What broke the straw this time was an online order I placed for 6 bagels and a tub of cream cheese. The app indicated it would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrived in 10 but got notification there was a delay. So I waited, no problem. 15 minutes after my order was placed, I received notification my order was ready. I found this odd since my order was not on the pick-up shelf and I saw no one working on the order. I went to the counter and was asked which order I was waiting on. When I gave my name, only then did the employee walk over to the bakery and get the bagels. I was perturbed at this point that I began writing this review. While on my phone, the employee must've placed the bagel tub on the counter and walked away because I looked up from my phone to see my order on the counter. I checked the receipt and everything was marked off to indicate the order had been reviewed by staff for accuracy. Simple enough, considering it was just 6 sliced bagels and a tub of cream cheese. But I decided to double-check the box and do you think the tub of cream cheese was in there? So I walk over to the bakery counter where 4 employees were gathered and pointed out that the receipt was marked off but I was still missing the cream cheese. And finally, 20 minutes after placing my order, I walked out. Anyone that's gotten this far on my review, just do yourself a favor and go to a different location."
"It was a cold rainy day, the air conditioning was blasting and I received a spoon to eat my salad. The food was delicious."
"I only go to Panera right now to stock up on pastry items. I go to their counter and make my selections like 2 of A, 2 of B, 2 of C, 1 of D, etc. I usually end up with 10-12 items total. It even prints up a nice list for them to work from. Yet, if I don't watch each and every move, the server makes, something always gets left out or a wrong item gets put in. This is ridiculous! Added to that, each time they get put it all in a different type of container or bag, which sometimes makes the order a pain to deal with. If it wasn't a superior product, I'd never go back."
"Drive thru. My food took a long time (~15 min). They messed up my order (wrong sandwich and forgot two orders of chips). The food is decent but overpriced. The main perk was the size of the sandwich. The Caesar salad with chicken was pretty small and don’t have a full cup of dressing. When I tried to call to let them know the mistakes on my order after getting home, I could not get in touch with anyone. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. I’ll think twice about going to any Panera again based on this experience. If not for the size of the sandwich, I would have given one star."
"The visit today wasn't the best. The place was kind of messy inside. The lady behind the counter was struggling to take our order and very hard to hear behind her mask. We ordered dine in, but our food came in bags because they "were short staffed and weren't doing any dishes." We had no plates and had to eat off of our bags, and the meal was missing an item. At least the food was decent, but still overpriced for what you get. My turkey chili soup was nearly $8.. but it was good."
