"Store #636 811 broad st. I'm a doordasher. I see all sorts of crazy things out there. But this ! I had two orders that brought me to this store. One was 6 pizzas. The other was 13 pizzas. When I showed up there were 3 other delivery drivers there and 1 customer. The problem was there was only one person working the entire store!!! She was amazing! A total rock star no matter how many phone calls she got she was sweet. She never got angry she just kept cooking, answering the phone and making sure everyone knew where she was order wise. I was there for at least a hour or more she was so great neither customer was angry when I finally made it to them and I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for this!"
"Terrible experience. We ordered a pizza at 10:30….according to papa track it was supposed to be here at 11:05-11:15. THE PIZZA DID NOT GET TO US UNTIL 1:45 in the morning!!! The store was unhelpful in assisting us. Will never order from papa John’s again"
