"Order was wrong, I called to report it, I was told to come back to get it right, I was already on the road, I asked if I can comeback later, I was told by the manager NO.. If I want my sub right I HAD TO COMEBACK...Not a friendly management, very disappointing."

"I ordered to go, when I got home it was not prepared correctly, I called the store and I was told to come back any time to get my sandwich back. I went today, surprisingly whoever answered the phone never wrote my name down, so the manager did not want to honor their mistake, I told the manager that I was gone to writte a review and he said that is ok...they don't really care about customer service.. I drove and I wasted 15 minutes of my time."

"Attention to all high school and college students do not work at this location. They with hold your paycheck, and they demand you work on their hours and days they provide. If you try to provide the certain days you work, they will not care. A very unprofessional working environment."

"Ladies were nice but the food accuracy was not great. Order a small hook and ladder without mayo and mustard and also a plan steak and cheese ( just steak and cheese nothing else) they proceeded to give me a completely plain hook and ladder and a not plan steak and cheese. Looked at us weird when we let them know.. They remade it for us and then forgot the onions on my hook and ladder… prefer the one in pineville and indian land they’re great!"
