"Waited in drive thru first, then after not moving for almost 10 minutes, I parked and went inside. After having to figure out how to order on the new boards, ugh! I waited for 40 minutes when a shift manager or someone came and said,"You have been here forever. Can I see your ticket? " (already paid, when I ordered, or I would have just left) I was then told the milk shake machine was down. I understand they get busy, and I also understand being short staffed.(which really didn't seem to be a problem). Needless to say, I learned my lesson."

"Drive thru lady was rude this morning. Asked me if I was using my rewards, and I said not today. Then stayed quiet. She laughed twice. Then I could hear her talking to the other intercom. So, I said I'm ready to order. She stated that she was waiting on me. I told her she never said she was ready to take my order, only if I was using my rewards. She said she didn't have to say anything just to order. Screw me for being polite and waiting. I won't be coming back to this ghetto establishment."

"Not great. The two girls in the back DT booth were rude and rather useless. Added to which, they skipped me multiple times, in the double DT speaker setup that they have there. No kidding, they put 4 people ahead of me that arrived and got in line well after I did. I was angry, but first world problems, right? Also, I'm always nice to everyone (until I get my food in hand at least), so I remained nice to the useless, rude back booth peeps. Then, of course they placed my order incorrectly, charging me 8 bucks too much. Bright sides... The beautiful girl in the front booth (handing the food and drinks out to the cars) was perfect, sweet, and got the order correct, as far as what was on the receipt. I didn't catch the difference between the 2 mc chickens that I ordered, and the 2 mc crispy's that I received, and got charged for, until I got home and my wife made me aware. So I headed 6 miles,back to Micky D's, where the manager lady (I really wish I had gotten her name to give her credit, but I failed to), who was noticably, very busy, got me fixed up quickly, kindly, and super efficiently! Thanx, ladies!"

"Went here to grab a quick bite to eat and what in the world happened. Well it started off like this. 15 minutes sitting in line before ordering. Then I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and requested it to be only ketchup and pickles. 12 minutes later I got the food. Like always I pulled away from the window to check my order. The quarter pounder came out with everything but ketchup and pickles. Took the order inside and waited another 10 minutes to get it corrected. McDonald's used to be fast food and great quality service but now it has become totally opposite. If you go to this location. I highly recommend that you check your order and have at least an hour of free time. If you get only 30 minutes for lunch Do Not Go Here! You'll leave hungry!"
