"Great customer service and hot fresh food. At most Bonangles, it’s rare that your chicken is tender and the biscuits are fluffy, and honestly it made my day to not be disappointed. Savannah was so nice at the drive thru. Thank y’all for being on it!"

"We had to wait for 10 min and some of the food was ice cold when brought out. The manager on duty made a nasty remake when I walked back in to ask for warm fries. Then never made any comment but asked for a basket of fries to be dropped. I told him I was done waiting, what was wrong with the fries in the warmer? He got more upset and gave me the fries. He was rude and seemed to be frustrating all the workers. His attitude really brought down the place. It will be a long while before I visit there again. To have a pay money for sub-par food and a bad experience just ruins it. It's sad I have had so many bad experiences at Bojanles lately and used to like going there, but notary more."

"I have to get up early for work so I’m glad this is one of the restaurants that’s open at 5am. I went here and ordered my food and had the order read back to me. When I went to the window the worker read my order back to me again just to be sure it was right. I got my food and it was fresh and steaming hot. Thank you"

"Best Bojangles we have visited in a long time. The food was fresh and hot. The staff nice and helpful. Only complaint is the coffee was lukewarm, but they gave me another cup,freshly brewed. My husband informed one of the girls that the paper towel dispenser in the men's room wasn't working and she immediately stopped what she was doing in the dining room and went to take care of it. That spoke volumes of the way these folks do their jobs. We will now stop there every time we travel through this area. Great job Bojangles being helpful, courteous and making things right!"

"I love Bojangles, but I have gotten where I absolutely hate stopping at this Bojangles. Customer service is horrible. Food always looks like it's been eaten out of. I can't even believe I spent 5 on fry, and it's half full. Today, I stopped and got breakfast cause I was craving some fries and once again half full. I think it's ridiculous that we get charged so much and don't even get what we paid. I like eating at Bojangles and considering this is the only one in the area. Makes it hard."
