"I come here quite a bit and every time i have especially for the past couple of months, We’ve had extraordinary service from a lady named Miss Donna who has been just the sweetest most respectful and hard working lady i’ve seen at this location in YEARS! She brightens my experience every time and makes sure my food is perfect and i have everything i need. She always goes above and beyond and is always speeding around doing the most for her customers! Thank you so much Miss Donna❤️"

"Came here today for the first time and definitely will not be returning. Just absolutely disgusting. Would have gave 0 stars for everything if i could have. We went through the drive through and stated it was our first time so there was aware. Waited about 30-45 for our food and repeatedly got brought the wrong food after stating 3 times what our food was. After finally getting our food, the fries were ice cold, the blt tasted like it had been microwaved from sitting for so long. They gave us extra food that we didn’t even order to i guess try to make up for it but that was just as bad. Not to mention we found not one but two different peoples hairs in the hot dogs. Just beyond disgusted. This location should be shut down."

"I've gone to this place a few times. If you're getting the core standard Chilly Cheese Coney and Tots with a Drink, it's generally pretty good. Very few times have I had a bad coney. Order anything else, and you might be in for a rude awakening. I went last night to go pick up some food and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever gotten. I ordered: 1. Three Route 44 Limeades that did not have any fruit inside of the drinks and tasted like pure carbonated water. No flavoring outside of the one lime that was in the drink. It was disgusting. 2. Ultimate Breakfast Burrito. It came with no sauce and no sausage. Was a pitiful little burrito. 3. I ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese Brioche sandwich to only receive a Burger Patty with Bacon on top. This location usually gets small things incorrect like customizations and I'm surprised this place is still in business. Stalls are always broken and this place just needs to be shut down already. Luckily support has already refunded my money, but at first they were only willing to give me a $5 gift card and coupon for a Cheeseburger which would equate to $9 when I spent at least $17. Sad to see this place has drastically declined and continues to do so. I'd stick to your Conies, Tots, and Drinks everything else is pretty bland, poor portions, and poorly executed by the staff."

"I ordered 2 orders of mozzarella cheese. I had to ask for the marinara sauce that came with it. From my app order to waiting behind 2 other cars I waited 13 minutes. Which was good since it looked like only one person was working outside and he was friendly. In my bag were coupons and which I was excited to see, however they were expired. I was no longer at the restaurant when I saw the coupons so I called to see if they were going to honor the expired coupons they gave me but nobody answered the phone. So I’m still wondering."

"I placed a order in the app for for two "jumbo" popcorn chickens, two limeaids with EXTRA real fruit. Here's the "jumbo" chicken...it was bread crumbs, two pieces were even edible, the rest crunchy crumbs. That's two orders of jumbo chicken beside a dime and a quarter for perspective. There's nothing jumbo about that popcorn chicken at all. Our two limeads with extra cherries had no cherries and no lime, as you see from the picture there was no fruit in it. Very disappointed with this Sonic, not to mention it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered it to the time they brought it out."
