For instance, this week I took my car in for a second opinion on a very expensive repair another shop in town recommended, and not only did they tell me I didn't need that repair, but they recommended I go to the dealer for a separate issue. I really appreciated that they took the time to investigate, and then still ended up recommending I go to the dealer instead to fix the problem. Great service!"

They have some other old fashioned loyalty benefits that I like - get your oil changed and they’ll rotate tires for free, things like that. Other repairs they have done are fairly priced, and they focus on what is actually needed rather than what they can sell you."

"Great service! Doesn’t take appointments, so arrive early if you can. I was able to come around 8am and be out by 9ish. Reasonably priced. Has a table and strong wifi, so you can work remotely while waiting. The front parking area is small, but there’s a much bigger parking lot at the back of the building (just pull around the corner)."
