"Not my favorite Starbucks, despite the convenient location in Brier Creek Commons. The service, although attentive and helpful, was slower than usual because there were fewer staff working than in a traditional Starbucks location. (This Starbucks is on the bottom floor of the Weston.). An unusual and disagreeable odor(possibly from the wood-burning fire of the adjacent Italian restaurant) created an unpleasant atmosphere. Anyone looking for a cozy coffeehouse experience should try elsewhere."

"Rude and condescending "manager", dont want to name her because it seems like she was new and still learning. I wanted an iced coffee refill, which I get every time i have been to this location, and she very rudely said "yeah, we dont do that". When I asked why, she basically just told me she was the manager for this store and there was nothing I could do about it. I would have been fine if that was all since some stores really dont do refills, but she continued escalating it and said "Fine Ill get you an iced coffee if thats what you want" and proceeded to try and charge me the full price (should be free). I have never been treated like this before at any starbucks. A barista, let alone a manager, should always try to serve the customer properly. I know she is new and I hope she starts treating her customers better and not in a condescending manner."

"A beautiful new Starbucks in the lobby of the Westin hotel"

"This location opened in April 2023, but I came across it for the first time today. It is so beautiful! It is on the first floor of The Westin Hotel, but it is a full-service Starbucks. Baristas had amazing customer service. Everything tasted perfect. There are not many parking spots, so that is a detractor. You will have to parallel park in front of the store. It is a hidden gem for now, but that will probably change when the apartments across the street are completed."
