"UPDATE: Well, I hate to do this but I’m knocking this place down to three stars from five. See my review below. Today I was so excited to go in since I hadn’t been in since late 2019. Not only did no one really look up but I, actually, got side eye from someone working there. Yeah, not cool Buckle, not cool. I love, love this store. The clothes are great but all the sales people are AMAZING! I’m not 19 and a size 2 and they don’t care. I went in on Monday, 8/19/19 and nearly every person on staff there helped me in some manner or at least smiled at me. This is the 2nd time I’ve been in to this store in 2 months and every time I let them know they must have excellent training because everyone in staff is so nice and friendly. Don’t get me wrong, they aren’t over the top. They don’t stalk you and make you uncomfortable. If you don’t want help they don’t follow you around but watch each customer to make sure you are doing well shopping. I watched other customers and they did this with each customer that came in. I compare the friendliness to Trader Joe’s- I honestly love going in to Buckle because of the customer service in the store."

"This store is by far the BEST buckle store in all NC .. I shop here at least twice a month . There is one person who works there Amber is her name who always knows what I want and what I need ! Every time they have new gear she emails me . If I see something online she will order it quick. She’s helpful and I appreciate every thing she does and how she helps me."

"My daughter and I experienced the most amazing shopping experience at southpoint mall. Amanda and Steven made us feel like we were the only people in the store. I had not received such awesome customer service in so long. I left the store and the next day I still remember their names. Thumbs up all the way to this store.
