KFC

"Most KFC I've been to in mote recent years I turned around and walked out of. Not this one. It's actually clean and the employees I interacted with were great. The one taking order didn't know the answer and quickly went to find out. The menu has changed, and sizing options have so it was a bit confusing to me, but I sorted through it. The gravy only comes in 1 size now when you want a side (where confusion came in), so I had to order basically triple to equal what one large gravy use to be, but it was fine. The biscuits just aren't the same as they use to be, but they're not awful. Just not the way they use to be."

"Everything was great. My order was out literally in 5 minutes. It was a 12 pc bucket with 3 sides. The experience was very impressive. Great job!!"

"Best KFC location in the Charlotte metro area. Newly renovated and modern interior. Chicken was so hot and fresh last night I couldn't eat it right away it would burn my fingers. Mashed potato side came with enough gravy, usually the mashed potato sides are lacking gravy. Customer service was friendly, bathroom clean, clientele here non threatening/sketchy. I don't live in Indiana Trail but try and stop in here when in the area. You can tell the manager takes pride in their store and its one of the few KFC stores not in the hood."

"It's KFC! IT was delicious; it looked like someone was raining three-point shots in the bucket. I guess they were playing Uconn basketball. Still delicious. I do like my chicken falling off the bone when I pick it up. I'm saying take some pride in you're box packing skills."

"I took two stars because not only did I have to wait because "their computers were acting funny",which I was patient about...but what in the baby chicken is this? I got two number ones with fries....I had to give my son one of my pieces because they were so small. And that is a picture of the thigh...no cookies either. The whole point in me going there was not to have to cook!"
