"Had a terrible experience at this Wendy's recently. I was there to do a pickup & deliver w/ DoorDash order, but the management (mature asia lady no name tag) insisted on calling the cops just because I placed my own order first and asked for the customer's order at the window since the doors were locked on the inside dining area. Unprofessional and very unnecessary. I won’t be going to this location no more."

"I would give 0 stars if possible. Ridiculous. At 12 am pulled up to the drivethru line where other cars were. After setting with the line not moving People started pulling around to the window. Lights were on but employees were not responding to anyone. My friend went to the front of the store and saw employee who looked like he was cleaning the grill when he seen her and ran and hided behind the counter. We called nobody answers the phone. there were probably 10 or more cars all waiting too.. This is insane.. One lady said she worked for a delivery service and that this was not the first time they had done something like this that it happens all the time and costs her and the customers money and lots of time. THIS REALLY NEEDS TO BE ASSDRESS. We set in the parking lot for a little while and just happened to pass by the drivethru window on the way out and sure enough there was a woman cleaning out the drink machine.. So there were at least 2 people in the store that we seen.. These employees should be ashamed of themselves. If they did have enough staff to run the store they should have turned the lights off and posted a sign saying closed. But to HIDE.. AND IGNORE CUSTOMERS IS JUST WRONG.. JUST DOING NOTHING BUT WHAT I CALL MILKING THE CLOCK!!!!"

"Despite only having 1 cashier, the service was decent. I wish they would give us a number or call out our name when the order was ready because someone else almost took my order due to the confusion. I was also pleasantly surprise that all the flavors of Freestyle were available because in past visits, they were out of almost everything. As for atmosphere, this Wendy’s needs and update. The floors and decor are dated."

"Twice in a row they have messed up my breakfast order. I can overlook minor things, but flat out missing multiple sandwiches each time I go. The guy at the cashier window in the drive thru seems miserable with the job. Horrible experiences and a waste of my money multiple times. Edit: went a 3rd time (idk why) and SCREWED UP AGAIN"
