"This used to be one of my family's favorite Chik-Fila locations prior to the remodel. With company that is supposedly family focused, I would think more thought would have gone into making seating for families. With the removal of the play area and the limited seating for more than 2 people together, it seems that families no longer are welcomed at this location. My family and I visited recently and ended up having to get what we wanted to be a dine-in order changed to to go as the seating made us feel unwelcome to dine-in as a family. We will no longer go to this location or the Matthews NC "sister" location as I would rather visit an establishment that is operated by someone who actually cares."

"I’m not sure if this is a product of the redesign, or perhaps hiring new staff for it, or what have you. But the last couple of times I went to this location and ordered the Grilled Chicken Club (my favorite sandwich right now from cfa) and they completely left off the bacon. It’s a club sandwich, bacon has to be on it, and that disappointment when I get home and find my club without bacon is undeniable."

"Not sure who planned out this redesign, but it’s terrible. Everything inside the restaurant is now super tight and there is way less seating available, even though they removed the play area. We ordered our food for dine-in, but had to switch to to-go as there were no tables available and other families also waiting for a place to eat. The food is still great, but they are obviously trying to discourage in restaurant visits."

"You need to hire people that understand it's fast food and we're trying to get through quickly. It's overrated food especially for the weight that you must endure in the Drive-Thru it's ridiculous. I waited this morning for three full minutes in the Drive-Thru to be told just a moment ma'am and the next person that pulled up in the second row was handled immediately do better Chick-fil-A!"

"First visit to the Wesley Chapel location since they reopened after the remodel. To be honest, the remodel seemed to be a "downgrade" compared to the original layout beforehand. The overall seating capacity was reduced and they literally ran out of tables during my visit; leaving another family wondering for a bit looking for one. The parking situation was worsened compared to before, especially after the drive thru got expanded to 2 lanes along with 20 of the parking spots are now dedicated to curbside/mobile. It just seems they care more for that aspect instead of the dine-in experience (which really bothered me). Another aspect that bothered me during my visit was the lack of WiFi; especially since it was offered at this location prior."
