"I wanted to commend this staff on the efficiency yesterday for the Mint Hill Christmas Parade. I thought there would be no way that we’d be able to grab a drink and use the restroom but there was literally no wait for a very clean restroom. The manager held open the restaurant door and greeted each person as they walked in. I was very impressed since this restaurant is directly on the parade route and was swamped with people."

"This location is much better than most in the Charlotte area. In many locaitons, traffic is a nightmare and hard to get in and our safely. With this location, they designed it so that cars get off the road and out of the way. This is really nice when you want to dine in as you can easly drive up and park and not get mixed in with the drive through traffic. This location always have pleanty of staff on hand and keeps a clean dining room. Tables are frequently cleaned and no trash on the floor. Only item keeping service at 4 starts is accuracy. While they have the ordered items correct, they alway leave out the sauces, especially the honey mustard with the chicken sandwiches. While this is easy to remedy, just annoying this is frequent issue that should easily be corrected."

"This Is A Very Nice Chick-fil-A location. It is Very Modern, Family & Children Friendly. Also has A large Dining Area Inside and Offers A large Dining Area Outside with Shaded Tables and Seating. Has a Two lane Drive-Thru Order & Pickup Option to make Ordering On the Go more convenient. With all this Yes Food Is Definitely Delicious and Made Fresh . . . Definitely A Place That Everyone Can Enjoy!!"
