"This place is terrible. I genuinely wanted to be a fan of this NTB Tires location, given their helpful history in my previous encounters and their convenient national presence. However, my recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Last time, I took my car in for a range of services: brakes, oil change, tire sensor, and a fuel pump replacement. They promised a 3-hour turnaround, but only two hours in, they called to admit they couldn’t replace the fuel pump because their staff was untrained for it. This was baffling to me, especially since I, not particularly skilled in auto mechanics, managed to do it myself. When I returned to pick up my car, which was supposed to be ready in 3 hours, they were still working on the brakes after 4 hours. They claimed they had received the wrong brake pads three times. However, after consulting with my mechanic in another state, it turned out the issue was not with the parts but with the technician’s inability to match them correctly. It took them an extra hour just to reassemble my car, and they completely forgot to fix the tire sensor. Fast forward to today. I stopped by for a simple oil change while working nearby. After an hour of waiting and seeing my car untouched on their lift, they informed me they had broken a screw off in my oil pan, requiring a complete oil pan replacement. Frustrated, I just asked for my car back to handle it myself. It’s been two instances of needing their service, and both times my car came back with more problems than it went in with. Their technical incompetence was only matched by their universally poor attitude—no one there was remotely friendly or welcoming. So, my advice is clear: avoid this NTB Tires location. Don’t make the same mistake I did, not once, but twice. Their service is unreliable, their staff is unskilled and unfriendly, and they have consistently failed to deliver on their promises."

"Kenneth is flat out phenomenal in character, customer service, and leadership! Very patient and ethical in making sure I was taken care of for my car appointment. Great staff aswell! "I took my 2019 Dodge Journey in to have 4 new tires and alignment. When I picked up the vehicle, I didn't check to see the new tires. It was late, and they were trying to close. When I got home, I checked the tires they were my old tires still on the car, and I paid over a thousand dollars for 4 tires. I called the next morning, and at first, they denied not changing but went and checked their inventory, and my 4 tires were still there. They told me to bring the car back, and they would put the tires on and realign. They also gave me one free alignment coupon. If you are buying tires, always check and be sure they actually put the tire on that you purchased. I will go back for the rotation and balance are you free with the purchase of tires. Then, my free alignment. But I will not purchase any more tires or other work done by them. The first picture was supposed to be my new tire, and the second was when I asked for pricing on size."
