"I went into this location today because my local store in Raleigh did not have the boots i wanted in my size. They called around and found that this location had what I wanted. I drove to durham and found what i needed. I also saw 2 clearance items and a dress that i wanted so i proceeded to purchase those. After making my purchase the cashier put my receipt in the bag. I asked if i could leave my bag with her whole i went to the back of the store to look at other clearance items she told me about really quickly. When i was ready to go i told her i would like my bag from behind the counter so i could leave. She comes back to the register and discovers that the bag is missing. Come to find out she is actually a manager but tells me there is nothing she can do. She says she is not responsible for my items being stolen. She cannot refund or exchange for me. She couldn't view the camera or anything. I told her that i didnt think it was fair and as a manager surely there was something she could do to satisfy me as a customer. She became very ghetto and ignorant. I called my local store to explain the situation and ask what would they do if that happened. They told me that it was up to the manager and she could use her discretion to help me however she chooses. This led me to believe she had stolen my items for herself. Because i refused to leave without a resloution she called the police on me but she didn't call the police when she discovered my bag was missing originally. She did absolutely nothing to help me! Knowing it was labor day and i couldn't reach a district manager she got away with the crime free and clear. I had to take it upon myself to call around to the other stores to give them the information from the receipt so they would be aware incase someone tried to return it. Thank God the cashier had printed a duplicate receipt for me. This manager name is Regina. She is rude disrespectful ignorant and very ghetto with a bummy appearance. I truly believe she stole my things."

"I have visited the store and made approximately 4-5 purchases and spent an hour or so browsing and talking with very pleasant employees who were very informative with helping me with varied questions about transforming pierced earrings into clip-on. Would definitely recommend store to many due to the friendliness of the employees."
