"Food was good/ok. They need more staff. Pizza lil pricey… 32 for a large margarita pizza and the crust was lil chewy.. but overall it tasted good."
"Go to literally ANY other Randys location than this one. They will overcharge you, not let you use coupons and rewards, all with t snotty attitude. The pizza is good, it the business model is Grade A junk. Hope Vally location may be further away, but is run like a business that appreciates customers."
"Love randys but this location let me down. Had a coupon for a free 18 in pizza. Partner went to pick it up, and they made them pay for the pizza. The coupon is no longer on my rewards account. Called to follow up and they recognized the coupon had been used with no recourse on their end. Have used free pizza coupons perfectly fine on phone orders previously at other locarions. Disappointed, try a different Randys location."
"After years of being a satisfied customer, getting regular pizzas for my kids, I decided to give this place a chance for a gluten free pizza (I have a wheat allergy) in addition to the regular pizza for my kids. WHAT A MISTAKE! 1. I placed the order on the phone, was told 20 minutes. I get there after 20 minutes, pay and tip, and am waiting and waiting. After 5 solid minutes, they realize they never made the gluten free pizza. “We’re so sorry,” one lady told me. The main guy asks me, “Oh are you in a rush?” I explained I should have left already with my kids dinner.” The guy scoops sauce onto what should be a GF crust and throws a handful of cheese onto it. He tells me, “5 minutes. We were too busy to get your order in. Mistakes happen, we’re human.” I told him I understood and was not trying to get anyone in trouble. 10 minutes goes by and I’m frustrated that I should have been home at that point. He says, “I have kids too,” as if that helps me in any way. I asked if there was a fresh cheese pizza since the one I ordered was no longer hot, and he tries to give me a pepperoni pizza, which I did not order, so I refused it. Some 40 minutes after placing my “20-minute” order, I’m still waiting to get the food I ordered. This guy couldn’t care less. I finally get the food and go home. 2. The GF pizza tastes *awful*. Zero seasoning? Why be punished with no oregano or basil or anything besides sauce and cheese? Fine, won’t reorder here. 3. Nearly an hour goes by after I ate the food and I start to feel a massive, brain-splitting headache, which is the exact reaction I get from having eaten something that had wheat on it. This is worse than a migraine, lasts some 24 hours, and no Tylenol or Advil helps, just suffering through it. I decided to call to let them know points 2 and 3 above. The guy hears the word “allergy” and asks if I’m at the hospital. I explained it’s not an anaphylactic allergy, and I don’t need to go to the hospital. I asked if he could at least refund me, or did I need to contact my credit card company. He says, yea, call your credit card and he hangs up and I’m furious. He calls back 2 minutes later and says he didn’t hang up. He decides he’s an expert on allergies and the only kind is when you go to the hospital. Again I explained the severity of my extremely painful headache from my wheat allergy and that meds don’t help. He says, “yeah, sometimes I get headaches too and I take some pills.” I reiterate that he’s being rude, that he’s not a doctor, and that that meds *don’t* help. He tells me he can only refund food that is returned, which is obviously impossible. At this point I’m beyond furious, as if he’s some genius or a doctor with all the answers, and that if he won’t help a customer with a refund, I’ll have to contact my credit card company and he says, “yeah, go ahead and do that.” And hung up on me again. What a jerk!!!! They’re clearly so busy they don’t care about losing a customer. Goodbye forever."
