"Food was great. Very loud atmosphere—this is partly because the place is full of people at lunch, and partly because the music is loud so people have to talk even louder. Great location! I was here in winter but I imagine the patio would be great in warmer weather!"

"I have been coming here for years and as of the past month it has not been a good experience. Everytime I have come within the last month there is a line wrapped around the restaurant, and it is not quick to get through. I have tried mobile ordering but each and every-time I have it is always at least 20 minutes past the promised time. The workers look unappeased to be there and when I ask about my mobile they do not seem to care that much."

"This is the worst cava I have ever been too. They are always out of everything!!!! Every single time!! No avocado, saffron rice, toilet paper is always out in the bathrooms, ice machine always empty. Today was the last straw when my boyfriend had to kill a cockroach running in front of us in line. The workers don’t wash their hands and wear the same sweaty gloves all day. They put new gloves on and itch their arm, wipe sweat off their foreheads with them/put their hands all over the counters then touch your food. It’s just gross. Needs new management badly."

"I've been ordering from Cava online for years, and I've been really disappointed with the portion sizes for online orders. The last 5 times I've ordered, my bowl has looked 50% less than what I would get if I went to the restaurant in person. I'm not sure if the restaurant is instructed by corporate to give smaller portions to online orders or to include the side dressings in the bowl to skimp on ingredients, but it certainly seems that way. Higher prices for less food... CAVA 2023. I remember when Cava used to be two meals, but someone corporate figured out how to take pricing and shave a little less ingredients. Well done."

"Csva has fresh and healthy Mediterranean food. This is one of my favorite restaurants as the service is fast and the food is constantly good. I recommend downloading their app and ordering ahead of time as they can get busy. You can even order and pay ahead to avoid waiting, and your food will be waiting for pickup. Plenty of seating inside and out and the heart of Birkdale."
