Papa Johns Pizza 1515 South Cannon Boulevard, Kannapolis, NC 28083

"Ordered Papa Johns for the first time tonight, its been awhile so figured we would try it again. We ordered through there Papa Pairings. We ordered a pizza and two orders of wings, one bone-in and one boneless. To start, the pizza was meant to be original crust but it was more so thin and other slices thicker and very inconsistent across the board. The "6 piece" bone-in wings had great flavor of honey chipotle however apparently someone cannot count as we were only given 5 wings... The 10pc boneless "wings" are chicken nuggets smaller than that of McDonalds - although the parmesan garlic sauce was decent. Overall a poor experience after not having it for years. We will not return to this location or any Papa Johns for that matter."

"I would give it five stars but every time I ask for extra cheese they still give me regular cheese (i can still see very much of the sauce) Overall its good but i wish they would listen to my request…It was right there in the order: an extra cheese stuffed crust pizza, yet i still get a thin layer of cheese on top. I don’t understand…"

"My cheese sticks were okay.. however the brownie that I ordered was almost crushed by the time I got here. Poor making. The brownie was so crusted over that it was literally impossible to pick a piece up as a whole, and the top of the brownie was just full of brownie crumbs when it should have been in one piece. The tray was bent which means somewhere down the line it was crushed during transportation however the guy that delivered was really nice. I couldn't even pick these things up without half of the brownies sticking to the bottom of the tray so they were probably undercooked. You can see the areas where I tried to pick up a brownie from different parts and couldn't even get the whole thing out in one piece. I've ordered from here before and never had a problem but I probably won't be ordering for a while. People don't realize you can order from any place so when somebody chooses your establishment you should pay attention to detail and look at each item before it's taken out for delivery."

"The food isn't bad, but, they might give you a medium (12 inch) instead of a large. a large has about 1/2 more sq inches. If you subtract the extra inches of crust and consider that there are less toppings then its practically a small (10 inch). This seems like something other papa johns have been doing too. The Last time this happened. I had to request to be contacted 3 times before the store manager emailed and said that it looked like they had given me a stuffed crust and that only comes in 14 inches."
