Wendy's

"Had a rude lady at the drive through late at night maybe around 9 o clock. It was a weekday also. Gave me sweet tea but it did not taste like sweet tea, asked to make sure, she said it was. It tasted like an Arnold Palmer. So instead I asked for a different drink. She seemed like she did not want to help me. Eventually she changed my drinks . When I got my spicy nuggets I realized all of them were like chicken bricks. Mostly hard and barely edible. It sucks because I had two orders of nuggets. It was if they cooked too long and left it out. This is not the first unpleasant experience from this place. Could not even ask for another sauce because the lady seemed to be annoyed with my requests. So she left the window and didn’t return. Bad staff bad food."

"Service can be slow and inconsistent at times. They can never seem to remember sauce for the nuggets or straws for your drinks. Not sure how they expect you to drink your soda with no straw? But they are normally always nice and the food is always great."

"We have given this Wendy's two chances. One our order was wrong and we did not know till we got home. Went back with the receipt and they said there was nothing they could do. Even with pictures of us having the wrong food. Today we went and once again it was wrong. I ordered a double stack $5 and my husband ordered a $6 bacon. We both got Jr bacon doubles. Mine had onions on it and I ordered without. My sprite tasted like pine cleaner and my husband cherry coke was awful. We love Wendy's and will go by the mall and Harrisburg. But never this one."

"Oh man where to start. When we walked in they completely ignored us. There were 2 people waiting on mobile orders and it took about 10 moms for someone to take our order. When we finally got our food something was wrong with literally everything. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich no lettuce and of course lettuce was on it. My son ordered a plain cheese burger and the put mayo, lettuce and tomato on it. My mother ordered a baked potato with sour cream and the gave her a plain potato with nothing. The service was horrible and the employees were on their phones not caring at. They visibly did not care at all. Overall just a poor experience I'd rather drive an extra 15mins to the concord location."

"I ordered togo a double baconator sandwich, along with a coupon baconator fries and a large frost to go. When I got home only a single cheese sandwich was in the place for the baconator. I tried calling store multiple times only for no answer or mail box setup."
