"Using the press for associate button is pointless if no one responds. Wasting 20 mins standing at the jewelry counter after hitting the button. Significant decline in service when its all about online orders. 10 employees walked passed me and not a single person stopped to ask if I need help."

"My wife had seen deep freezers here before Christmas so I went to pick one up. I was having trouble locating them and happen to see an associate working in the toy department. Not only did she answer every question I had, she went beyond by telling me they were available at another Walmart and exactly which aisle they were in. The part that impressed me the most is that she didnt act like it bothered her to help me. She was absolutely kind and caring in every way. I wish I would had noticed her name tag because i would def call this lady out by name! Thank you for a pleasant experience that are ususally far and between already!!"

"Love Walmart! They always have everything that I need at usually a decent price. I shop their online service too for items that they sell but don't have in the store. Delivery is excellent!"

"watch prices on line verses buying in the store. They tried to act like it wasn't the same pricing but, the price for Store pick up is cheaper than walking in there and getting it off the shelf. When at Customer Service they had me look it up on my phone and prove it to them, they said that wasn't their store and wouldn't do it and I put the zip code the girl barely wanted to tell me and proved it. Then I had a Coupon and she REFused to Use it saying I already got a cheaper price from their store. What??"

"The bakery smells like straight up rotting garbage. There is produce being walked all over on the floor in the checkout lines, where an employee can clearly see it. I’ve been in line waiting to checkout for over 20 mins. This is obscene. I accept that Walmart is a subpar shopping experience and is a trade off for lower prices. The prices I’m paying here do not even begin to cover the trauma of shopping here. Would not recommend."
