"I've been coming to this location for some time. It once was a reliable store for the most part. After my recent experience, those days of being reliable are far gone. If you need me to drop my car off...at the very least keep a open line of communication. Dropped my car off at 8:45am no word from them at all!! Decided to just go get my car. I get there and they haven't even looked at it yet. Literally 530pm was the time I asked for my keys. One the associates asked me...do you just want to take it to somewhere else? Needless to say I was upset and left with no real options. At least I got to pay the wonderful lyft drivers for their services there and back."
