"My husband and myself was finally able to try out EJs. We know the owner. The food was really good. We waited as there was no permanent host. They were really busy especially after church hours which is the day we went. The music was good but a little too loud for my liking. I would definitely return again. Oh and I saw chitterlings and Ox Tails on the menu. I meant to take a picture but I forgot. Please see receipt for what we had as our meal."

"Positive overall experience was great! Excited to see this type of business thriving and I pray they do well. Pros: our waiter was super friendly and felt like family, the food came fast and fresh We got the Flounder meal 17 and the Fried Chicken meal 16 and they both came with 2 sides and roll or cornbread. We are suckas for some good cornbread so you know that’s what we did! The chicken and the Fish were seasoned great so the flavor was awesome! Sides: we got Mac n Cheese (2 thumbs up), Potato Salad (killed it) Greens (killed it) Yams, I’d def have to pass on them. Tasted way too buttery and almost out of the can maybe, Aunty with the arm skin hanging definitely didn’t make those! Cornbread could’ve used like another tps of sugar and been served warm but still was good with the meal! I will say that for 17 I expected a grown up flounder…lol but I need to lose some weight anyway so I’m not gone cry about that…lol Atmosphere and Staff were good, we were there during mid day on a Saturday. Only other thing I would make note of is the wife took our baby to the RR to change her and the bathroom was not clean and the changing table had dried up baby poop (we hope) on it…lol"

"Visited today. Food was ok. Some things were kind of bland, some salty and some too sweet. Staff was accomadating. The wings nice texture and tasty. I will return. I want to try other items on the menu and I want to come for brunch! Supporting a B.O.B. is imperative!"

"The owner saw that my boyfriend and I were having trouble eating with our toddler at the table. She immediately offered to bring him toys and played with him so we could eat our meals! The service was amazing and the food was even better. I definitely recommend dining here! The best experience we’ve had in awhile!"
