Taco Bell

"Typical fast food restaurant atmosphere, but the service here is second to none. Employees are friendly, fast, and attentive. Everyone worked quickly to get food out to customers in an orderly fashion. I have been to this place a few times, and each time, my experience was very pleasant. Def recommend this place."

"This used to be a good Taco Bell but the last few times have been pretty bad. Not sure if they hired new people or what. The chips were completely burnt in the nachos bellgrande and they barely put anything in the tacos. I felt like I was eating empty taco shells. This has happened on two different nights. I am writing this in hopes they do better next time."

"I have never waited in a drive-thru for so long in my life. I honestly almost gave up several times. Looking back at my call/text logs, from the time I got in line (5th vehicle) till I received my food took 35mins. When your working and trying to get some food real quick at a fast food location, you would expect your visit to go a little faster. Food was good, just took way way to long."

"My husband tried to order online, and I was just going to pick it up. Well, their site messed up so I had to go in. The manager was less than helpful. I ordered as closely to the special as I could. I waited almost 20 minutes, when I got home, half of the food was cold because they prepared most of my order then realized they didn't have nuggets. They left the order on the counter until the nuggets were done, they didn't even try to keep it warm...."

"This location is always a disaster, I'm going to guess due to understaffing because of low pay. It takes them 20+ minutes to make a small order even when the lobby and drive thru are empty. They have no idea how to appropriately handle and pack mobile orders. The drink machine is FULL of mold and when I told a manager, I was told "this isn't my store" and the issue was ignored. You can tell this drink machine hasn't been properly cleaned in a long time."
