"The new recipe for the cinnamon rolls is absolutely horrible. Do not waste your money. They are hard, crunchy, and the dough is sunken in and not soft at all. The old recipe was made in house and it was obvious, they sold out every single day. But these taste like they came out of a pre wrapped package. I asked the drive through employee if the new recipe was good, and he told me they’re like Cinnabon…. Absolutely not true. Super bummed because this was the one spot I ever came for cinnamon rolls, but I will not be coming back. I couldn’t even eat these with warming them up- I just trashed them."

"We were very impressed with the customer service when we ate lunch there today. While we had a very large group with a huge order, they got every item correct, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. One employee in particular, Ryan, was very professional and helped us multiple times. Happy we chose to go there today!"

"Not sure why this location has a 3.1 this is my 1st time here and if this isn't a 5* restaurant they don't make one it was clean ,they was very quick with our order, and very polite. It's One of the friendliest Panera bread restaurant that I have ate at.. The manager is exceptional she went above and beyond to make sure we was happy with our order after we had a fiasco with the kiosk, Lace is an asset to Panera or any business. We will come here more often"

"Very slow service to produce a product that doesn't even remotely look like the picture. This was layered with guacamole and chicken, and then I received barely a dollop. $12 for this in the you pick two. They also forgot our baguettes, which literally what panera is known for. Sad effort won't return, too many options for this experience."

"Best Panera Bread experience I’ve ever had. Clean restaurant with management and team members that care. Glad to see that they are taking care of the front desk — many times because of the kiosks it is hard to find any one to help you out with anything else. Employees are eager to help carrying orders too big for one person, they check on you at the tables (if not too busy), they even gave us a cookie for my son. I was very pleased to see such a great atmosphere and employees that care."
