"Ordered 2 coffees, one cream in each. They came with more than 2 creams in each. I told the lady at the front counter we do not drink coffee like that. It took them more than ten minutes to have someone to fix this even though there was no one else waiting in line, and the answer from the manager was "next time order it black to make it easier on us". Her tone was nasty. On top of this, the floor was soaking wet making it difficult to walk. Never go there again!"
"Ordered 2 McDoubles no mayo and extra pickles. Well they give it to me with extra mayo and extra pickles. I have it right back and they made excuses like they always do. Gave it back to me no mayo and 1 pickle in each burger. Why do you continue to disappoint? I honestly hate coming to you guys. It's pointless. "Terrible experience. First we asked to order a fish filet meal and substitute the large for a basket of fries (a difference of $0.20) but they decided to ring up the entire order “a-la-cart” charging us $1 more. Then we get home and the fries were soggy, the nuggets have some foreign white substance in them. And all the manager (Kat) could tell me to do was drive back 20 minutes so that she could see the receipt (which she could easily look up). They weren’t even busy. Pitiful. I guess this is fitting for the quality of people that work at this establishment. Oh - bonus points - see photo below of this mutated nugget with some kind of white layer between the breading and the chicken. Disgusting. 0/10 do not recommend."
