"When I've had a bad day at work and go to get dinner , I've already dealt with mean ppl all day , when I choose a place to spend my back breaking hard earned $ at any fast food place or restaurant anywhere even grocery stores I at very least expect a tiny bit of couth morals & or kindness ,and what & how I ordered it , that's what I'm paying for right ?? southern hospitality is nothing more than a lie I'm from Steubenville Ohio where we all come together and rally for the ones that need help I guess that's"

"I stoped by the drive-thru today, there were 3 cars at the window when I pulled in. My order was taken as soon as I arrived at the speaker. As I pulled around the last car was pulling off. The cashier was very pleasant when I pulled up. She immediately greeted me and got my payment. I received my drink and food right after that. I’m pretty sure it took me longer to get out of the parking lot at my job than it took to get my order and back to work. The food was hot and fresh, the only thing was the Cheesesteak had a little too much sauce in my opinion. This was one of the best fast food experiences I have had in a long time. Thank you for such fast & friendly service!"

"I went into Arby's on 10/15/23 around 2pm to get some buffalo boneless wings and fries. The lady who took my order took my Cash and then proceeded to stick her hand all the way in my fry box to pull it down and make my curly fries. She then dumped the fries from the fry box onto my boneless wings contaminating them as well. She didn't wash her hands after touching money nor did she put on any gloves before handling food. After I calmly brought it to her attention she and her manager proceeded to tell me that it wasn't Arby's policy to wash their hands after touching money and handling food. So i politely asked for a refund as she now had a bad attitude and wasn't going to wash her hands and remake the food. This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety hazard."

"I wanted to try something from the Market Fresh menu so I went with the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap. I ordered the meal with crinkle fries and the market fresh lemonade. The regular drink looked like a water cup. I wasn’t much of a fan of the chicken in the wrap. The buffalo sauce was overpowering."
