Arby's 1009 Dallas Cherryville Highway, Dallas, NC 28034

"The Arby's in Dallas is THE cleanest, most pleasant fast food establishment in town! The service was exceptional. My order was prepared correctly & promptly. The Counter Person went out of her way to fulfill my request. The restaurant is clean & neat. Much better than their competitors that are next door to them! Possibly the best Arby's that I have ever visited! I am an actual customer. Not a "paid reviewer"!"

"Typical Arby's, food was good as usual. Was surprised by the veterans discount we got here that was never offered by another Arby's. Wish my local store would do this."

"Ordered food in drive thru was asked to pull up to the front door with literally no one in the parking lot and one couple inside the restaurant 10 minutes later I finally got my food after going inside and getting it myself if the problem was, they didn’t have ready what I ordered they could have explain that then there would’ve been an understanding and I might would’ve ordered something else for the price of the food. I would expect better service."

"BEWARE!! Had an employee (I believe his name was Ian) who had an attitude as soon as I wanted to order. I ordered the 2 for 7 Beef N Cheddar and I visibly saw that employee (Ian) put a finger in his behind and then touch my sandwich. I was disgusted to say the least and won't go here again unless they address this issue."

"Service was very quick, staff was efficient but a little curt. Location was clean, bit still appeared to show signs of age. If you have to make a left out of the parking lot it can be very tricky, as the road outside is fairly busy. The dining room did not seem very busy, but there was a line at the drive thru. Met expectations."
