"This place is so ghetto and ratchet. The cooks did not wear hair nets. One cook in particular with dreadlocks hanging everywhere. The other cook came in with sunglasses on and the manager had to tell him to take them off and then he looked high when he did take them off. When I say look high meaning his eyes were barely open. It's very dirty and I saw the manager stick her bare hand into the steel tub of meat in the refrigerator granted she's a new manager but she should know better. They were touching everything and then touching the food no changing of gloves."

"Tracy is a very good manager she’s keeping everyone in check while she also keeps them happy so they don’t get anxious. she is a very nice person and very respectful. all waiters are very respectful"

"We had the best service here. The food came out quick, everyone was friendly and I spoke with the manager, her name is Tracy and I told her this was the best service we ever got here and she informed me she only been with the company for 1 week. She is awesome yall need more people like her. Definitely will be coming back more often now."

"In spite of the fact that this place automatically charges a 10% ‘service charge’ and a 10% ‘to go fee,’ for all of their to go orders, I also added a nice tip, yet I guess it wasn’t enough extra money, as I did not get any utensils, napkins, or condiments… but hey, who needs mayonnaise on a chicken sandwich so juicy with grease, its soggy toast is literally dripping wet anyways? I wonder if the goons employed at this joint, had the ‘bright insight,’ to NOT add the bacon I paid extra for to anything other than my bill, as they assumed the extra grease would’ve caused what they call toast too completely dissipate? I just threw the nasty mess away! So ridiculous! SMH!"

"Everyone was really chill for the most part but our food and service was so bad we didn't even tip. Multiple mix ups were had with people's orders, my boyfriends biscuits and gravy came out cold and with a hair in it. I got the bacon cheeseburger and said I'd want condiments when it came out, our waitress acknowledge this and then just sat my plate down while talking to another waitress about their manager. I tried multiple times to ask for my condiments and drink refills but was ignored until their manager came up and I asked. The food here is usually good but the last two times were horrible. We decided to just pay and leave when we noticed the hair."
