"Cashier was super slow with our order and didn’t unpack pastry. I got a lemon pound cake and it wasn’t unwrapped and it had the expiration date. The expiration date said 1/3 which was that very same day, and seeing it expired today and I was gonna eat it kinda set me off. Every other Starbucks doesn’t service it in a plastic bag."
"Drink was made well. Staff was not very friendly! This was the Starbucks within Barnes n Noble. Next time I will go to other Starbucks location in Mayfaire."
"Slower than one can explain in words, cold coffee."
"Let me start off by saying I am a very patient person. I understand people have off or bad days, but my experience today was unacceptable. I am a former employee of Starbucks and in all the years I have been a customer I have never had such a negative experience until today. I went to pick up a few drinks and some food for my coworkers and myself. One of the drinks was an iced caramel macchiato. Amy gave me iced milk with caramel on top. No big deal, I tried to ask Amy to just add a couple of espresso shots to it. That did not go over well with her. I couldn't even get a full sentence or thought out without her interrupting me and saying "I'll remake your drink." I continued to try and explain that I didn't want her to waste any products or time remaking the drink, that I simply wanted some espresso added to what she had already made. She finally yelled at me "I WILL REMAKE YOUR DRINK, OK!" I was already having a bad day myself, I came to Starbucks to try and turn my day around. I will not be returning to this location."
