Reviews
"This establishment is conveniently located in central sunset beach. We were greeted by a cheerful hostess and quickly seated. Our group of six had no difficulty on a Sunday afternoon. Our server was very cordial and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious. The nacho chips were warm and the complimentary salsa had just the right amount of flavor and seasoning. The half portion of fajitas was still extremely generous. The flavor of the beef and carnita was superb."
"Over priced. Lunch portion’s being served and charged dinner prices for them. We waited for over 30 mins to just pay for our meal. Our waitress Anabel then told us we were rude when we asked to speak to her manager because we had to basically get her colleagues to wait our table because she literally never came back but once with chips and then to say we were rude when we asked for a manager to tell him about our experience. Do not waste your time or money."
"Don’t get me wrong waiters and food are amazing. The only problem was me and my boyfriend were eating and I opened my silverware wrapped in a napkin and there was a live German roach in it. My boyfriend went to the bathroom and one literally crawled across his foot. Looking forward to the new building they have planned. Just kinda grossed me out."
"DO NOT eat here. We went for dinner and sat in a booth on the left side and we had to kill no less than three roaches WHILE eating. They were on the wall and it was disgusting. The worst part? We quietly told them and they did NOT apologize and started yelling at us. We were so shocked and disappointed. The bathrooms are disgusting. Stay away!!!!!"
"I really like the owners’ responses to critiques here. Calm and constructive. Our experience was not bad but not great either. I do not recommend Enciladas Poblanas. The sauce was too sweet and chicken was too tough. Others got fajita quesadillas that looked better. The booth we sat at was very very uncomfortable. I saw a few others mention this as well. The cushioning is bad, but for me the seat was very low in reference to the table. I am 6ft tall and I felt uneasy eating. The table was above my chest when I sat down. Imagine that. I haven’t seen the roaches others mentioned in their reviews, but do believe that this restaurant feels older and dirtier inside. There aren’t many options for this type of food out here really. We will switch as soon as we find an alternative. Till then, all of the above negativities are worth sucking up to in order to get this type of Mexican food in this area."
