"OK so to start off if I can give them a 20 stars just on their customer service alone I would because their customer service was honestly spectacular. I wish people knew where they were located more because they should be having a line out of the door. The service is impeccable. The drinks are amazing and they genuinely care for every single customer And are not just trying to crank out a drink and sell it to you and whether you like it or not too bad like they genuinely want to make sure that you love to drink definitely I’m coming back it was worth the 35 minute drive! . They should do marketing on TikTok and Instagram, because they deserve all the business in the world"

"Edit: my family and I have been back several times since my first review and all I can say is: please go try! Their drinks are amazing but their customer service is even better. We always feel welcomed and they are such nice people. You will not be disappointed with your experience when you visit. I had a great experience here. I had never tried Bubble tea before and they provided excellent customer service. They were very friendly and patient as I decided what to order. The store is super clean and you can watch them fix your drink. They also wear masks. I ended up with a white peach oolong tea and a strawberry infused tea. Both were enjoyable. I plan on going back to try different flavors and toppings. I spent about $9 total for both drinks. If you're a fan of bubble tea or on the fence, definitely stop here and give it a try."
