"Went tgru the drive thru, ordered a kids meal, 2'impossibles and 2 Jr whoppers. They took our order without warning us their broiler wasn't working. They made us pull around only for them to have forgot about our order over 30 minutes. I went inside where it wasn't busy. When I asked management where my order was, they had completely forgot. She tried to hand me cold fries and onion rings that they had sitting in my bag all that time. She was unapologetic and rude."
