"Occasionally I like to take the kids for a treat if they are good while we are buying groceries. It's a big deal for them and they get so excited about selecting a fancy drink. We were net with very rude baristas today who basically tried to get us to leave because they were "backed up.". We just patiently waited to place our order. Upon ordering, they were out of one of the items my daughter wanted. Instead of just stating that fact kindly, we received an eye roll and an abrupt "we don't have gingerbread.". You know...we've all had a bad day. I sure hope these ladie's day gets better and they can try being kind to the customers who are willing to spend $13 on two drinks for their kids..."
