It blows my mind that Lowe’s corporate has not came by to visit this location and not made some extensive changes. "I needed a dishwasher… looked online and could not tell which ones they had at the store. So I called and could not get anyone to answer in appliances. I called back and spoke to Angela (head cashier). She went to appliances and took pictures of the ones they had at the store and sent them to me. My husband went to the store and got the one I picked out. Angela helped him the whole time getting it down, checking it out. Thanks Angela for great customer service!!!"
"Only because I can't give no stars. This is one of the worst Lowe's stores I have been in. Inside their indoor lumber yard they have online orders just sitting around blocking the few parking places and blocking the lumber racks. If this was only a one time occurrence I could overlook it but it is everytime I'm in there and I go in this store at least twice a week and today I was there and they were out of 4x8 1/4 inch maple plywood this is twice that has happened. The last time I had to go out of my way to the Shallotte store to get it because I had to have it. They also need a cart collector all the carts are in the parking lot and not in the store. The photos I have added are how it is everytime I go to the lumber yard. Yes all the photos were taken the same day."
