"I went in to shop spent 90 bucks! I left one of my bags behind and apparently someone may have taken it! I went back and I was unfortunately upset and came across harsh! The manager and woman who rang me up were patient with me. As I walked out the store they called me back to resolve the issue! I quickly realized it was just an honest mistake and they never got rude and were very apologetic! I apologized for being rude and was very greatful for their professionalism. We resolved the problem and I left extremely greatful for their help!"
