"This was one of the worst job I have EVER worked in my life. Palmer is the worst DM. He does not "investigate" any concerns that you bring him. When myself and another employee expressed our concerns about the store manger not properly training us and money going "missing" on our watch, he (Palmer) did nothing about her. This same store manage left in the middle of her shift around 3/3:30 ( after arriving at noon) I got called in by the manager on duty to come in and help out since he was left in the store alone. When I came up there to help, the SM shows up, wakes to the back of the store to find the MOD, tells him, " I'll be back" can doesn't come back until after the store is closed. When questioned, the store manager gets mad and tries to FIGHT ME rather than just answer the question. It took me going to social media and the ASM to express my frustrations about this job, just for the ASM throw me under the bus as if she was not making the same complaints. ( you can find all of my TikTok video on my page DaniSoDope) I told the entire story that they didn't want anyone to know. might have been why they "trespassed" from the building to where I couldn't go to work.... All of the current manager are all shady and will over work you and fire you if you complain about proper training and procedure. -20/10 !"

"Not the employees fault, but out of stock on A LOT of household goods quite often. The staff seems pretty friendly. It's a good store to stop by fir the little things, & they typically have great coupons."

"The associates are friendly. Not helpful, just friendly. No one asks if you need any help and you have to hunt someone down all the time. But everyone is very nice... once you find them. And they don't mind continuing to task while you're at the register waiting for someone to come check you out."

"Change your management. Shouldn't accuse people of stealing without being certain. You just lose customers that way. Loss prevention is important, but making an accusation should be done carefully. One should be very apologetic if ever mistaken. We're sorry to the good employees you have there, but due to your manager you've lost our business."
